World Wonhwado Federation web service integration terms and conditions General Provision Chapter 1 Definition of Service Article 1 [Purpose) These terms and conditions aims to stipulate the items(rights, duties, responsibilities and other necessary matters between the user and WWF) necessary to use the integrated member service (hereinafter referred to as "service") of the web service provided by World Wonhwado Federation(hereinafter referred to as "WWF"). Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions) ① These terms and conditions are posted on the service screen or notified to users in other ways, and they become effective when the user who agrees to the service subscribes to the service. ② WWF may change the contents of these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed terms and conditions shall be announced on the service screen so that users can directly check them. ③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the user may stop using the service and cancel his or her membership registration. If the user continues to use the service, it is considered to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph. . ④ Services that can be used by integrated members are as follows. 1. Termination of use: An indication of the intention to terminate the contract of use by WWF or a member after using the service ② The definition of terms used in these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and guidelines for each service, except for those specified in Paragraph 1. Chapter 2 service use contract Article 4 (establishment of use contract) The contract of use is established with the consent of the user to the terms and conditions and the approval of the WWF for the user's application for use. Article 5 (application for use) Application for use is made by the user entering the personal information on the registration form requested by WWF on the member information screen of the service. Article 6 (approval of application for use) ① WWF will approve the application for use of the service unless there are special circumstances when an application for use is made by accurately filling in the matters set forth in Article 5. ② In the following cases, WWF may withhold approval or restrict the use of some services until the reasons for restriction on the application are resolved. 1. In the event that the contents are found to be false (car name, non-real name, theft of resident registration number, etc.), or If there is a situation that is suspected to be the previous situation. 2. In case the new member subscription is completely suspended for a certain period of time due to other technical or business reasons. ③ WWF may not approve the application for use in the following cases. 1. When you did not apply under your real name. 2. When applying in the name of another person. 3. When the contents of the application are falsely entered. 4. When applying for the purpose of hindering social order or morals. 5. Other when you are not satisfied with the conditions of application for use set by WWF. Article 7 (change of contract details) Members can view and modify their information at any time through member information management. Members must make corrections if the information entered at the time of application for use is changed, and members are responsible for any problems arising from not modifying. Chapter 3 Provision and Use of Services Article 8 (service use) ① WWF starts service from the time the member's application for use is approved. However, in the case of some services, the service starts from the designated date. ② If the service cannot be started due to a business or technical obstacle of WWF, it shall be notified on the site or notified to users. ③ In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the service may be temporarily suspended for business or technical reasons of WWF, In addition, the service may be temporarily suspended during periods set by WWF for operational purposes such as regular inspections. In this case, WWF will notify you before or after. ④ Even after signing up for a member, when using some services, the service may be provided only to specific members according to the request of the service provider. ⑤ WWF can divide the service into a certain range and set the available time for each range separately. In this case, the content will be announced in advance. Article 9 (change and suspension of service and storage and use of information) ① If messages and other communication messages stored in or transmitted from this system are deleted or not saved due to national emergency, power outages, natural disasters, service facility failures outside the managerial scope of WWF, and other force majeure, WWF is not any responsible for failure to transmit or loss of other communications data. ② If WWF needs to temporarily stop the service due to difficulties in providing normal service, it may stop the service after notifying one week before the service stoppage. and If there is a justifiable reason, the above notice period may be reduced or omitted.In addition, if the contents of messages and other communication messages stored or transmitted in this service are deleted or not stored due to the suspension of the service above, WWF is also not any responsible for the case of failure to transmit and loss of other communication data. ③ If the service is to be permanently suspended due to WWF's circumstances paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis. However, in this case, the prior notice period is one month. ④ WWF may temporarily modify, change, or suspend the service after prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility to the member or third party for this. ⑤ WWF may arbitrarily suspend the use of the service if the member violates the terms of this agreement. In this case, WWF may prohibit the access of the member and delete all or part of the contents posted by the member. ⑥ If Member are a long-term dormant member, WWF can stop using the service after a one-week notice period after send an announcement or post a notice. Article 10 (provision of information) WWF can provide a variety of information to members by e-mail, etc., and if unwanted information is received, the member can refuse to receive it. Article 11 (deletion of postings or contents) ① WWF may delete all the contents of the service posted or registered by the user without prior notice if it is determined that the following cases apply, and WWF shall not be held liable for this. 1. In the case of content that defames or defames WWF, other users or third parties. 2. If the content violates public order and morals. 3. If the content is recognized as being linked to a criminal act. 4. In case of content that infringes on a third party's copyright or other rights. 5. In the case of information that does not match the nature of the service. 6. Violation of other related laws and regulations set by WWF ② WWF reserves the right to edit, move, or delete the contents posted on the service 3 days after being notified in advance. In addition, if the posted content violates these terms and conditions, or is commercial, illegal, or unsound content, it can deleted without prior notice. ③ WWF may delete the post after a one-week notice period after the announcement of the notice if the posted content has passed for a certain period of time and the purpose of its existence is unclear. Article 12 (Copyright of postings) ① The copyright of the post posted by the user in the service belongs to the user, and WWF can utilize it by posting on other services. ② Civil and criminal liability arising from the infringement of other people's copyrights, program copyrights, etc. by the user's posting lies entirely with the user. ③ Users cannot commercially use the data posted on the service, such as processing and selling information obtained by using the service. Article 13 (ownership of WWF) ① The intellectual property rights and other rights related to the services provided by WWF, necessary software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information and trademarks, etc. are owned by WWF. ② Users may not modify, lend, lend, sell, distribute, produce, transfer, re-license, establish security rights, or perform commercial use of all or part of each property specified in Paragraph 1. An act of falsely specifying a relationship with another person 3). The act of defaming the reputation by stating facts or false facts for the purpose of slandering others 4). Distributing false information for the purpose of giving the person or other person a property benefit or causing damage to another person 5). Interfering with the other person's daily life by continuing to reach the other person with words, sounds, writings, images, or videos that cause shame, disgust or fear 6). For-profit activities using services without prior consent of WWF 7). The act of stealing the name of another person's information and communication service 2. Posting of unnecessary or unauthorized advertisements or promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "buzzle", "pyramid organization", etc. Solicit or post, or sending by e-mail. And posting vulgar or obscene data, text, software, music, photographs, graphics, video messages, etc. ("Content"), or sending by e-mail. 3. Posting, or sending e-mail content without rights(all rights including intellectual property rights). 4. Posting, or e-mailing a software virus to destroy, interfere with, or limit the function of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. 5. Collecting or storing personal information of other users, such as posting or sending e-mail data containing other computer codes, files, and programs 6. The act of gambling or speculative behavior with money 7. Acts of mediating prostitution or distributing information related to pornography 8. Other illegal or unfair behavior ④ Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions and related laws. Article 15 (Obligations of the World Wonhwado Federation) ① WWF allows members to use the service on the start date requested by the service unless there are special circumstances. ② WW is obligated to provide the service continuously and stably in accordance with these terms and conditions. ③ In the event of damage to a member due to the service provided by WWF, WWF shall be liable only if such damage is caused by the intention or gross negligence of WWF, and the scope of such liability is limited to ordinary damage. ④ WWF shall promptly deal with any opinions or complaints raised by members as they are deemed justifiable. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the member must be notified of the reason and processing schedule. ⑤ WWF endeavor to protect members' personal information, including member registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Regarding the protection of members' personal information, the contents suggested in related laws and regulations and Article 16 shall be observed. Article 16 (Personal Information Protection Policy) ① WWF collects member information through the information provided by the member when applying for use, and the member's personal information is used for the purpose of fulfilling this contract of use and providing services under this contract of use. ② WWF cannot disclose or distribute member information acquired in connection with the provision of services to a third party without the consent of the member himself, and cannot be used for commercial purposes. However, this is not the case in the following cases. 1. In case there is a request from the relevant agency for the purpose of investigation in accordance with related laws and regulations 2. When requested by the Information Communication Ethics Committee 3. In case there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other related laws and regulations 4. If you consent to the collection, use, provision, and consignment of personal information separately Chapter 5 Termination of Contract Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use) ① When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself must apply for termination to this site through the Internet. ② WWF may request or change a member's ID and confirmation number for reasons such as security and ID policy, and smooth provision of services. ③ WWF may terminate the contract of use without prior notice if a member commits any of the following actions. 1. In case about criminal activity 2. When planning or executing the use of the service for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest 3. In case of stealing someone else's service ID and confirmation number 4. In case of disadvantage or damaging the honor of others 5. When the same user double-registers with a different ID 6. In case of impeding the sound use of the service, such as harming the service 7. In case of conditions of use set by WWF or violation of other related laws Chapter 6 others Article 18 (Fee and Paid Information) The service is basically free. Article 19 (Prohibition of Transfer) Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to others, and cannot provide this as collateral. Chapter 7 compensation for damages, etc. Article 20 (Compensation for Damage) WWF shall not be liable for any damages incurred to users in connection with the services provided free of charge, except in cases where such damages are caused by the gross negligence of WWF. Article 21 (disclaimer) ① WWF is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. WWF is not responsible for any obstacles in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member. ② WWF shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the benefits that members expect from using the service or data obtained through the service. ③ WWF is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data and facts posted by members on the service. Article 22 (Competent Court) ① In the event of a dispute between WWF and a member regarding the use of the service, the WWF and the member shall make all necessary efforts to smoothly resolve the dispute. ② Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the place of WWF shall be the competent court. Supplementary provisions Article 1 These terms and conditions shall be applied and enforced from July 01, 2021.
